Getting Here & Staying Here
Ojibway is a special place that’s stayed that way for one simple reason: No roads lead to its peaceful shores. It takes a little adventure to find us, and once you’re here, you quickly find you wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s why we’ve been one of the most cherished destinations in the northern wilderness for generations.
There are two ways to get to Ojibway: by boat or float plane. In both cases, you’ll want to make a reservation to ensure an easy trip.
All driving directions will take you to the Temagami Access Road. It’s easy to miss, so be alert for signs telling you to turn left. Follow the Access Road approximately 17 kilometers to Boat Line Bay Marine. Here you can store your car for a fee and pick-up the Boat Line Bay water taxi. Or, if you prefer, continue to the end of the road, where you’ll find free parking. Water taxi services will be happy to pick you up at the Mine Landing docks.
We will book your water taxi for you. Just email Tanya (Tanya@keewaydin.org) with time and dates. Cost is $85.00 per person round trip and will be included in your lodging bill.
