Ojibway Family Lodge Director
For over 100 years, Ojibway Family Lodge has welcomed generations of families to the pristine wilderness of Lake Temagami. With no roads, no cellphone service, and no distractions, Ojibway offers a simple, off-the-grid experience where guests reconnect with nature, each other, and the traditions of the north.
We are seeking a Director to lead the lodge, champion exceptional guest experiences, and carry forward Ojibway’s mission of hospitality, community, and environmental stewardship. Leading Ojibway means embracing a close-knit, hardworking community and finding meaning in the simple, fulfilling work of welcoming guests, supporting staff, and caring for this special place. The Director will oversee all aspects of lodge operations, including managing guest reservations, leading staff to overseeing budgets, and coordinating with the Keewaydin Foundation, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our 60+ bed lodge and 33 buildings. The Director collaborates closely with Keewaydin Camp to ensure a seamless experience for our guests affiliated with our summer camp program on Lake Temagami.
